Returns

Return period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of items
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Because our products are designed for intimate wear, hygiene is extremely important.

Hygiene policy
For health and safety reasons, underwear and other intimate items cannot be returned once worn or opened. This includes incontinence underwear. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
If a second shipment is also incorrect or defective, a full refund will be issued.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Our fulfillment process is automated to ensure fast handling.
